We want to help you grow, develop, and learn new things. You’re constantly evolving, so shouldn’t your opportunities be, too?

The Opportunity

The Market Research Manager position works with the Senior Director of Research in the agile, data-led Marketing Research team. This position provides insights and measurement of our marketing campaigns from brief to wrap. The role will work directly with internal marketing partners, internal and external agencies, and external vendors to understand and provide actionable recommendations to support marketing. This will include using research data from multiple sources including syndicated, tracking, and ongoing research as well as partnering with agencies and analytics to tell a holistic story. This position has a high degree of independence and leadership, responsible for selecting the appropriate research tools, working with vendors to execute research, and creating and presenting reports to marketing partners and executives.

This position will work closely with the Research and Marketing teams to integrate all research results into the broader story of how Ally campaigns are performing overall and where there is further opportunity for improvement. Success in this position will be achieved by managing multiple priorities over the course of a day, being able to work both independently and as part of a larger team, building relationships with internal and external partners, and being able to quickly discover answers to business questions and explaining the impact to Ally in a clear and concise manner.

Ally work locations are Charlotte NC or Detroit MI - Hybrid schedule 3 days in office and 2 from home
